Signing in is fast once the account exists, and most problems boil down to two or three small things. This guide covers the smooth path plus the fixes for when a login refuses to take.
Mabilis ang pag-sign in kapag may account na, at karamihan ng problema ay bumababa sa dalawa o tatlong maliliit na bagay. Sinasaklaw ng gabay na ito ang maayos na daan pati ang ayos kapag ayaw pumasok ng login.
- Tap Login in the top bar and key in the phone number or email you registered with.
- Enter your password; use the eye icon to check it before you submit.
- If two-factor is turned on, enter the code that lands on your phone.
- Put a deposit ceiling in place before you move to the cashier.
- I-tap ang Login sa itaas at ilagay ang numero o email na iyong ipinangrehistro.
- Ilagay ang password; gamitin ang eye icon para tingnan bago isumite.

A rejected login is nearly always a wrong password, a caps-lock slip, or the wrong contact detail — try a reset first with the same number you registered on. If the reset code never shows, confirm the number matches your account exactly, then contact the operator's live support; phmagic cannot reset a login for you.
